One Token. Three Machines.
A fair-mint issuance, a dividend-card vault and a self-recycling tax engine — engineered as a single system, sharing one token and one pool. No platform in the middle. Every rule enforced by contract, every number readable on-chain.

Shares are sold on a fixed ladder. Before the pool opens, one share mints a fixed 100,000,000 TRINE. After the open, minting continues at the same ladder prices — you receive tokens at 99% of the live pool price — until all 444,000 shares are gone. There is no deadline.
Every payment splits 80 / 20 inside the contract. 80% becomes reserve — it can only ever be added to the pool, or used to buy back TRINE and burn it. 20% is the project share. The reserve has no withdrawal function.
Dividend passes built into the same token — not a separate platform, not a later promise. The vault is deployed and wired before the pool opens; the moment share #10,000 lands, card minting is live and the first card fees become the first buy pressure after the open.
Batch composition. Each batch holds 10,000 slots — 9,500 paid cards and 500 team cards. Team cards unlock gradually: 1 for every 19 paid cards minted.
Two balances, two sources — never mixed. USDT dividends come only from card fees. Token redemption comes only from batch buybacks and folded-in tax. Every payout traces to exactly one source, on-chain.
Accrues from the dividend pool. Claim without burning. If you burn the card, you exit dividends forever.
Your share of the batch buyback credit plus folded-in tax, in TRINE. Released when the card is burned.
Instant BuybackBuys TRINE in the official pool the moment a card is minted; credited across the batch's 10,000 slots.
Dividend PoolUSDT dividends for live paid cards. Released at batch sellout, by sync once ≥ 350 USDT is pending, or under the 7-day unsold rule.
OperationsThe project's running share — paid per card, in USDT.
Cap. 20 paid cards per wallet, lifetime — and at most 20 in a single transaction. Paid mints require an Agent ID — the same gate as the mint.
Team cards. Zero USDT dividends and zero tax share — the dividend denominator counts paid cards only. A team card's redemption is its batch buyback credit, nothing else.
Snapshots, stated plainly. Tax folds over the paid cards alive at each distribution event. Tax accrued before cards exist — or between events — is shared by the cards alive at the next event. A card burned before a fold gives up its accrued share.
No pre-sale. Cards cannot be minted before the pool opens. No war chest, no private round, no early list.
Every figure on this page is a contract constant — the ladder, the taxes, the split, the caps and the owner powers below are fixed in code before launch and cannot be edited after.
Charged in TRINE on pool buys. 100% of it accrues to the Sale contract — the tax pot.
1% is burned on the spot. The other 1% accrues to the tax pot, in TRINE.
No tax on wallet-to-wallet transfers. The tax exists only where the trading happens.
BurnedSent to the dead address at every distribution. Gone from circulation, counted on-chain.
CardholdersInto the vault's token-redemption pool, folded over the paid cards alive at that moment.
ProjectPaid in TRINE. If and when it is sold is the project's own decision — the contract itself never sells.
Trigger — automatic, no keeper. Distribution rides on the platform's own transactions: share mints, card mints and batch settlements flush the pot in the same transaction once it holds ≈ 50 USDT in value, wrapped so a failed flush can never block the trade that carried it. Anyone can also call distributeTax() directly. Below the threshold, the pot simply waits.
The Owner Can — Exactly Five Things
The Owner Cannot — Not In The Code
Into the pool, or buy-back-and-burn. Both are manual — executed only on the owner's explicit order, never on a timer, never automatically.
Liquidity can only exist in the official pool; transfers into any other pool revert at the token level. Trading stays locked until the pool opens.
If all 444,000 shares sell: every remaining unit of reserve goes into the pool, then control is renounced. The card vault keeps running on its own.
Read directly from the contracts by this page. No backend, no curation, no rounding for effect.
